Phthalates

“Fragrance” can legally hide hundreds of undisclosed ingredients, including endocrine disruptors and allergens. We only use essential oils.

Does it leave hair hard or crunchy?
Nope. The formula offers flexible hold—enough to keep styles in place, but soft enough for touch-ups later.

Can I use it on curly or textured hair?
Yes! It smooths flyaways and edges without weighing hair down or disrupting curl pattern.

Is it for kids?
We made it clean enough for kids but strong enough for all ages.

Does it wash out easily?
Yes. Like all MAEN products, it's water-soluble and rinses out clean with your usual shampoo (no sulfates required).

Does it have a scent?
Yes, we call it fruity pebbles. It’s a blend of Bergamot, Grapefruit and Vanilla essential oils. The scent smells stronger than our spray gel when the bottle is opened but since you use so little product it isn’t too strong once applied.
