🛍️ Returns & Refunds

• Unopened Products
  You can return any unopened item for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

• Opened Products (Spray Only, First Purchase)
  If your first spray doesn’t work for you, we’ll gladly offer a refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Just reach out and we’ll take care of it.

• Opened Brushes & Combs
  For sanitary reasons, opened tools (brushes and combs) can’t be returned—but if something’s off, let us know. We’ll always try to make it right.

• Final Sale Items
  Gift cards, discounted bundles, and promotional items are final sale and non-refundable.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or arrived damaged.

• If your item arrived damaged, let us know within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement.
